About New England Culinary Institute

New England Culinary Institute. Founded in June of 1980, NECI is
dedicated to the teaching of classical basic cooking techniques.
You'll see chef-instructors and students from all over the world
preparing delicious meals for you right before your eyes. On any
given day at NECI you might watch a class make chocolate molds,
catch the irresistible aroma of freshly made pesto, taste a sausage
made from scratch in our charcuterie lab, or even take a cooking
class and stay overnight.

our restaurants is to teach our students how to create a perfect
dining experience for you. We have seven great dining locations
for you to experience.
