What can you expect when ordering your wedding cake from La Brioche Bakery and Café?

• A private consultation directly with New England Culinary Institute’s Chef Adrian Westrope.
• He will talk with you about the type of wedding you are planning and ask for some basic information.
  — What is the date and time of your wedding?
  — How many guests do you expect?
  — Are you planning an indoor or outdoor wedding?
  — Do you have a theme (country, traditional, etc.)?
  — What are your likes and dislikes with flavors of cakes, types of fillings and frostings?
  — Do you have any particular designs in mind or pictures?
• Chef Adrian will begin to design your cake with you around the information. He usually creates a
  hand drawing or sketch of the cake adding the elements you request.
• Or you may prefer that Chef Adrian design the entire cake for you (with some basic direction from you like colors, flowers, fruit, etc.)
• If you are unsure of your cake flavor preference, we will arrange a tasting.
